The Neighborhood Impact Program formally known as Vision Institute is a 10-month leadership development and capacity-building incubator for minority faith-based leaders. This program is an accelerated community and economic development course.
The training ranges from assessing and analyzing community needs, identifying neighborhood assets, and creating a unique community-based program from design to development. Community FaithWorks also guides pastors and their community-based team on the establishment of a separate non-profit or community development corporation to provide additional support to their communities in need.
The Enterprising Neighbor Collective (ENC) program is a 1-year training incubator for social enterprising/mission-first small businesses within the CFW statewide network communities.
ENC businesses will be positioned for access to potential financing opportunities with banking institutions.
Upon completion of the program and all program requirements are met, ENC businesses receive the designation of being a “preferred business/social enterprise partner” and will be listed in the CFW Vision Institute Business Directory.
The Enterprising Neighbor Collective (ENC) will be launched soon.
Community FaithWorks created this Alumni Network to provide further support to the graduates of our Neighborhood Impact Program (NIP) and Enterprising Neighbor Collective (ENC).
This will be a centralized point of continued education, additional resources, and further networking opportunities for our Alumni. Our Alumni will also have the opportunity to host trainings, share events in their communities, potential access to funding opportunities, host events in their communities on behalf of Community FaithWorks and so much more!
If you are an Alumni of NIP or ENC, please reach out to us at info@communityfaithworks.org to learn more about how you can be added to our Alumni Network.

The Care Response Team is a central coordinating entity getting emergent and essential services to our communities in need. Through our network of over 60 partner organizations and agencies, the Care Response Team has provided food assistance to 8,399 families, housing assistance to 825 families, utility assistance payments to 720 families, and distributed 60,000 masks and bottles of hand sanitizer.
COVID-19 hit our communities extremely hard and this is where our Care Response Team stepped in and did our best to help provide relevant and timely resources, access to information, and direct support from our team.
This would not be possible without community partnerships and alliances with our fellow state agencies, ministry denominations, financial institutions, and other organizations.
Looking for somewhere you can help share resources and information to help our vulnerable communities in South Carolina? Please email us at info@communityfaithworks.org.
