Enterprising Neighbor Collective (ENC)
CFW’s Enterprising Neighbor Collective (ENC) program is a 1-year training incubator for social enterprising/mission-first small businesses within the CFW statewide network communities.
ENC businesses will be positioned for access to potential financing opportunities with banking institutions.

CFW’s Vision Institute is a ten-month incubator that equips minority faith organizations to spark and shepherd economic development in their communities.
Pastors and their teams learn strategic skills like community asset mapping, data gathering and analysis, program development, budget development, and the 501c3/CDC process.
Emerge Academy
Enterprising Neighbor Collective (ENC)
Emerge Academy
Emerge Academy connects rising 11th and 12th grade students of color with experts in academic success, technology skills, soft skills and leadership development, and college readiness.
Upon completion of the program, students receive a leadership certification that can be used for resumes, summer employment, college admission and scholarships.
